Matt Cowell is Director, Industrial Markets at Ultra Electronics, 3eTI. He has more than 15 years of experience in ICS and OT applications with a focus on networks and cyber security. He has specific expertise in automation and SCADA systems as the company's lead for market development through solutions that efficiently secure businesses in power utilities, oil and gas, water treatment, building automation and manufacturing. Matt successfully directed complex business development initiatives for the automation industry. Matt excelled at designing solutions that applied complex technologies to operational challenges for improved security and efficiency. Matt has presented at numerous industry programs and conferences. He has completed and helped drive a variety of accreditation programs including the Control Systems Security Program by the Department of Homeland Security in Idaho, DEFCON ICS Village and ISAWWA. Matt holds engineering and electronics degrees from the University of Brighton.
