Michael Glover is Vice President of Industrial Control Systems Strategy at TDi Technologies and has over twenty years of information technology management and eight years of industrial control systems security leadership experience.

Prior to TDi, Mr. Glover was the Managing Partner at Fox Three and founder of an agile innovation firm security the Nation’s Critical Infrastructure through research, consulting, and education to provide capabilities that Protect, Exploit, and Fortify the cyberspace domain.

As the former Chief Information Officer at Prime Controls, Mike provided executive leadership for implementing and developing information technology and security initiatives while leading internal business operations to improve the quality of service, cost effectiveness, and business development.

Mike served as the Co-Chair for the Department of Homeland Security Control System Security Program Workforce Development Subgroup and has supported multi-million dollar Department of Homeland Security research projects along with Department of Defense collaboration efforts. Mike has worked with the federal government in aligning NERC-CIP, NIST, NICE and ISA to provide a national crosswalk of knowledge skills and abilities, and he facilitated the development of industry agnostic security standards for critical infrastructure security and resilience.
